We provide a service to support the equipment throughout its life, including diagnostics and repairs. Practice has shown that most failures or abnormal modes of operation of our equipment are diagnosed by modern means of communication remotely without the departure of our specialists. In such cases, the customer needs only to purchase the necessary spare parts and replace it according to the attached instructions to restore the equipment.   The firm maintains a database of each sold product, which has a serial number. This history is maintained throughout the life of our equipment (currently up to 26 years).

Spare parts and consumables

Immediate delivery of spare parts and consumables is provided from our warehouse. The recommended spare parts list is attached immediately after the start of the equipment. With the regular operation of our equipment has already worked at a number of enterprises for more than 25 years. Such a term is provided due to our support and timely replacement of failed components and parts.
